For flowers, leaves, any green thing.
But all I saw was snow and bare trees,
Rushing rivers and old dead leaves.
Will Spring ever come? Will it ever get sunny?
Having such a long winter sure isn't funny.
I've looked all over and all I've found
Are these little crocuses poking up from the ground.
